Thank you for choosing to rent a property through Sweet Home Pensacola. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services. Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home. Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:00. We are on call weekends and evenings for emergencies.
A live person will always answer the phone. If you call and someone does not answer, please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you need to reach one of our office staff after hours or if you have any emergency, you will still need to call our office number (850) 432-0283. We always have someone on call in case of an emergency.

Calls During Office Hours
Our office opens at 8:30 am and closes at 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. A live person will always answer the phone. If you call and someone does not answer, please leave your name, phone number and a brief message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Emergency or After Hours
If you need to reach one of our office staff after hours or if you have any emergency, you will still need to call our office number 850-432-0283. We always have someone on call in case of an emergency.
We consider an emergency: Fire, flood, sewer back up, A/C or heating during extreme temperatures.
Change of Information
You will need to notify our office if you have any change in information. (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses or emergency contact).
Rent and/or other payments
Payments can be accepted by mail, dropping off at our office or placed in the drop box. For rent payments we accept cashier’s check, money order or personal check. We do not accept cash or credit/debit cards of any kind for rent payments.
Property Walk Through
A property walk through will be scheduled at your house every six months. We will have a representative walk through the house and do a written report and take pictures throughout the house. They are not taking pictures of how you live or of your personal belongings but mostly of any areas that are damaged or items that need to be repaired or replaced. This is to ensure the owner that their home is being taken care of.
